Rainbow Road To Wisdom
Process
This assignment was the most exciting to me as I heard that there's a chance for my work to be published as a zine. I've always wanted to make my own zines and when this opportunity arrived I immediately launched my Adobe InDesign despite having 0 knowledge to the software (I'm more well versed in Photoshop and Illustrator) because I wanted to know the printing process and ratios. Also, finding out composition for the potential zine was so fun! I almost made it less visual more word dump but I had to stay focused as I needed to also express my thoughts in images.
Reflection
This assignment had me trying to solve my current turmoil and thinking of how to translate it through pictures. I had to scrape so many ideas but come back to the same issue over and over again.

Not only did this assignment made me take a good look at my surroundings, but I also learned that everything around us can be used as a symbol of self expression. I definitely would still apply my skills in future projects.

After knowing that my project could be turned into a zine, I immediately hopped on to Adobe InDesign even though I had 0 knowledge prior. I was so excited learning another Adobe software and also glad that now I could make zines on my own!

Despite this being an individual work, my struggles and thoughts for this assignment has helped me understand just how it affects the people around me and how relatable my turmoil was. I definitely gained some perspectives after that.
